Each user is only permitted to register one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.

• All deposits must be made using a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned or forfeited at luckin33's discretion.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the luckin33 support team via live chat. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all checks are fulfilled, within 7 business days.

Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the luckin33 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation.
